Policies

  • All Rates include a multi course full country breakfast served between 8 to 9am.
  • Check-in: After 3:00 pm (Please prearrange arrivals after 8:00 pm)
  • Check-out: 12 pm
  • Two night minimum stay may be required on weekends.
  • No Smoking within the Inn.
  • No Pets.
  • Unfortunately our Inn may not meet the needs of small children, please call for details.

Deposits & Cancellations

  • To guarantee your reservations we accept all major credit cards, or valid personal check.
  • You may use your credit card to verify your full reservation, or we may require a deposit of at least 50% at the time of reservation, with the balance due at the time of arrival.
  • Your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date, if your cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to expected arrival date. If your cancellation is received after the 14 day period, we will do our best to fill your room, and if successful, will return your deposit.
  • Our acceptance of your reservation is made with the full understanding that you will be responsible for the entire period reserved.
  • Room rates are based on double occupancy and does not include tax.
